Your data enables Zoops.ai to deliver AI-driven marketing intelligence. Importantly, we do not use your data to train our large language models (LLMs) or any other machine learning systems. Our models are trained exclusively on independent, non-customer datasets.

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Personalized Marketing Intelligence: Historical performance data and interaction patterns within your workspace are analyzed to generate contextually relevant insights, detect anomalies, and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Cross-Platform Analytics: Integration data supports correlation analysis, attribution modeling, and unified reporting across your connected marketing platforms.

  • Platform Optimization: Usage analytics (such as feature utilization and query patterns) are leveraged to improve the Zoops.ai platform and cognitive engine; however, this information is never incorporated into model training.

  • Service Delivery: Authentication credentials and workspace data are required to ensure secure access, preserve conversation context, and support seamless collaboration within your team.

We will never use your marketing data for advertising purposes, for the benefit of competitors, or for training any AI models. All processing takes place within secure, isolated environments dedicated to your workspace.

Data Sharing

Zoops.ai adheres to strict data-sharing principles to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your information:

  • Authorized Service Providers: We engage only with vetted partners—such as cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), authentication services, and monitoring tools.   • Secure Infrastructure: Our services are hosted on Google Cloud Platform, incorporating network isolation, DDoS protection, and continuous monitoring.

  • AI Model Security: Conversations with executive agents and mini-agents are processed within isolated environments, with automatic session cleanup to prevent data leakage across workspaces.

  • Regular Security Audits: We perform quarterly security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Incident Response: Our security team monitors for unusual activity around the clock, supported by automated alerts and documented incident response procedures.

  • Data Retention Controls: Temporary processing data is automatically purged, audit logs are maintained, and data lifecycle management tools are provided to customers.

User Rights

Zoops.ai provides you with full control over your marketing data, ensuring transparency and accountability in how your information is managed:

  • Data Access: Access all personal and marketing data stored in your workspace through the dashboard, including conversation histories, integration settings, and processed analytics.

  • Data Portability: Export your data in standard formats (such as JSON or CSV), including conversation logs, custom agent configurations, and performance insights.

  • Data Correction: Update or correct personal details, workspace settings, or integration configurations directly within the platform or by contacting our support team.

  • Data Deletion: Request the complete removal of your workspace data, including conversation histories, cached analytics, and integration credentials. Certain audit logs may be retained where legally required.

  • Consent Management: Manage your data processing preferences, including the ability to opt out of non-essential analytics while maintaining core platform functionality.

  • Integration Control: Connect or disconnect marketing platforms at any time. Once disconnected, data collection from those sources ceases immediately.

  • Processing Transparency: Review detailed logs showing how your data has been processed by AI agents, including query patterns and generated insights.

  • Support Responsiveness: Privacy-related requests receive a response within 72 hours, with most actions completed within 7 business days. Status updates are provided throughout the process.
